Chad Matthew Glouser was born on January 29, 1971 in Cherokee, IA to Susan and James Glouser Jr. Chad loved animals and helping out his friends and family.

Chad was preceded in death by his parents Jim and Susan Glouser, grandparents and Roy and Vicki Rouse.

Chad is survived by his siblings, Bob (Manny), Mary (Johnny), Cicely, Josh; aunt Katy Glouser (Wayne); uncle, Eric Glouser (Beverly); step-father, Fred Kischer; and many cousins.
