CHARLOTTE  MARIE  (LOWE)  SHIELDS , 47, of Cherokee, Iowa, passed away Monday, September 20, 2021 at her residence in Cherokee.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, September 24 ^th , at 10:30 a.m. at the Meriden Evangelical Free Church at Meriden, Iowa. Pastor Andrew Mahoney will officiate. Burial of the cremains will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery at Cherokee, Iowa. The Boothby Funeral Home in Cherokee, Iowa is assisting the family with the arrangements. Charlotte was born on September 3, 1974 at Lebanon, Oregon to David & Christine (Caines) Lowe. She graduated from Red Bluff, CA. High School in 1992. She had worked at Pizza Hutt and Arby's in the 1990's while living in California.

She was affiliated with the Meriden Evangelical Free Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother Christine.

She is survived by two children: Melissa Lindsey and Philip Shields; one sister and two brothers: Sandra Parker of Cherokee, Iowa; Philip (Laura) Lowe of Banks, Alabama; Roy (Angelia) Lowe of Mankato, Minnesota; also several nieces and nephews.
