DOREEN A. KERNS-SAMBRANO, 85, of Cherokee, Iowa, passed away on Friday, June 5, 2026 at Accura Healthcare in Cherokee, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at Boothby Funeral Home in Cherokee, Iowa located at 207 E. Main Street. Mr. Chuck Erickson will officiate. Burial will be in the Grandview Cemetery at Quimby, Iowa.
