DWAYNE D. HINKHOUSE, 55, of Pierson, Iowa passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at his home north of Pierson.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 19th, at 10:30 a.m. at the Boothby Funeral Home in Cherokee, Iowa. Rev. Magrey deVega will officiate. Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, rural Marcus, Iowa. Visitation will be on Friday from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m.at the Boothby Funeral Home. On line condolences may be left at www.boothbyfuneral.com
Dwayne was born February 13, 1959 in Sioux City, Iowa to Duane and Marvel (Bierman) Hinkhouse. He graduated from Kingsley Pierson High School in 1977. He was married to Jamie Wiese on June 6, 1992 in Cherokee, Iowa. He had worked at Tyson Foods Corp for many years. He had lived in the Pierson area all his life.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jamie Hinkhouse on October 13, 1992 and his father Duane "Jim" Hinkhouse on November 18, 2001.
He is survived by his mother, Marvel Hinkhouse of Pierson, Iowa, two sisters, DeAnn Hinkhouse of Pierson, Iowa and Marcia Hinkhouse of Pierson, Iowa; his uncle Robert Hinkhouse of Pierson, Iowa; an aunt Jeanne Denis of Green Bay, Wisconsin, and many cousins.
