Harlan Wayne Sealman , 59, passed away on September 22, 2020 in Cherokee, Iowa following a short illness.

A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd from 4-6 p.m. at the Spring Lake Park Shelter house in Cherokee, Iowa. The Boothby Funeral Home in Cherokee, Iowa is assisting the family with the arrangements. Online condolences can be left at www.boothbyfuneral.com

Harlan was born on October 14, 1960 in Grundy Center, Iowa to Wilbur and June (Linder) Sealman. He grew up and attended school in Cherokee. Harlan was a great handy man and was always willing to help people with projects. One of his greatest hobbies was welding and building. He loved being outdoors, fishing the river was by far a favorite past time. Especially when he was joined by family and friends

Harlan was preceded in death by his father Wilbur and his mother June.

He will be greatly missed by his significant other Tina Hoskins, two sons: Justin and Brian Sealman of Texas. Three step-children: Wayne (Bobbi Jo) Music of Fulda, Minnesota, Cheyenne Hoskins of Amarillo, Texas and Kirsty (Trenton) McClaren of Sutherland, Iowa as well as nine grandchildren.  Brothers: Micheal Sealman and Bob Yohe.
