MARGARET J. POLSON, 88, of Cherokee, Iowa, passed away at her home in Cherokee.
There will be memorial services held at a later date. Her remains were cremated. The Boothby Funeral Home in Cherokee is in charge of the arrangements
Margaret was born on November 12, 1923 at Marcus, Iowa to Gottfrid & Julia (Bly) Polson. She graduated from Cleghorn High school. She had worked as a secretary for the Hewlett Packard Co. while living in California and had also worked as a secretary in Washington D.C.
She was preceded in death by her parents & three brothers Dale, Loren and Paul Polson; one sister Marilyn Smith.
She is survived by one sister: Janet P. Walkup of Tucson, Arizona; also several nieces and nephews.
