MARY A. WASCHER , 69, of Warsaw, Missouri and originally from Cherokee, Iowa, passed away on July 31, 2020 in Missouri.

Mary was born on October 11, 1950 at Cherokee, Iowa to Robert & Laurine (Zwick) Lundell. She graduated from Cherokee Washington High School and then attended Mount Marty College, graduating in 1974 as a registered nurse. She was married to Lowell Wascher on July 3, 1971 at Cherokee, Iowa. Mary had worked at various hospitals for over 30 years. She was affiliated with the Methodist Church. She had been a resident of Warsaw, Missouri the last13 years and prior to this had lived in Blue Springs, Missouri for 20 years. Mary enjoyed gardening and loved animals.

She was preceded in death by her father Robert Lundell and her mother Laurine Lundell.

She is survived by her husband Lowell Wascher of Warsaw, Missouri; a son Travis Wascher of Mason, Ohio; two grandchildren: Jaiden and Jameson; her siblings: Mark (Ann) Lundell of Cherokee, Iowa; Tom (Corrine) Lundell of Spirit Lake, Iowa: step-mother and close friend: Penny Lundell of Cherokee, Iowa; sister-in-law: Clara (Russell) Beningsdorf of Ida Grove, Iowa; also several nieces and nephews.
