MICAH ALBRIGHT CHASE

Micah Albright Chase, age 64 of Missouri, passed away May 3, 2025, at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, MO. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 24, 2025, at the Scandinavian Cemetery in Alta, IA. Micah Albright Chase, the son of Clair and Twyla Chase, was born January 16, 1961, Storm Lake, IA. His childhood years were spent in Alta where he attended school and graduated from Alta High School. After high school he entered the US Army and served for four years until his honorable discharge. Micah then worked at several jobs in different states.

Micah was survived by three children, Samantha Young, Travis (Wendi) Chase, and Malachi (Alyssa) Chase; his siblings, Fr. Raymond Chase, Tim (Becky) Stille, Tony (Sue) Stille, Mona Groce, Becky Stille, and Matt (Nancy) Chase.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clair and Twyla Chase; and one brother, Nick Stille.
