Michael Wood McIntosh , 67, of Cleghorn, Iowa died on August 23, 2021 at his residence in rural Cleghorn, Iowa.

It was Michael's wish to be cremated.  There will be no services at this time.  The Boothby Funeral Home of Cherokee, Iowa is assisting the family.  Online condolences may be left at www.boothbyfuneral.com .

Michael was born on May 11, 1954 to Warren and Lee (Wood) McIntosh.  He graduated from Meriden-Cleghorn Schools.  He farmed for several years before retiring.

He enjoyed collecting antiques, going to antique sales, and reading.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Lynn Golden.

Left to cherish Michael are his niece, Cari (Josh) Rieck of Hartley, Iowa, brother-in-law, Monte Golden of Arnolds Park, Iowa, one great niece and one great nephew.
