NAOMI  C.  KINTIGH, 81 , of Meriden, Iowa passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Meriden Evangelical Free Church.  Pastor Larry Ostercamp will officiate.  Burial of the cremains will be in the Meriden Cemetery at Meriden, Iowa.  Visitation will be on Friday, April 29, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. with the family present from 5:00-7:00 p.m at the Meriden Evangelical Free Church.  Online condolences may be left at www.boothbyfuneral.com . Naomi was born on December 16, 1940 to Warren and Olivia (Meyer) Bastian at Des Moines, Iowa.  She attended Meriden Schools, graduating in 1958.  She attended Mankato Commercial College.

She was united in marriage to Donald Kintigh on May 27, 1961, together they had two children.  Naomi worked as a secretary for MMC Schools and then as a secretary for Mogensen Construction.

Naomi was a member of the Meriden Evangelical Free Church.

She loved being a grandma and hanging out with her grandchildren.  Naomi enjoyed genealogy, putting together puzzles, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.

Naomi is preceded in death by her parents, Warren and Olivia Bastian and her husband, Donald "Don" Kintigh on April 9, 2012.

She is survived by her two sons, Michael "Mike" (Becci) Kintigh of Rapid City, South Dakota and Gerald "Gerri" Kintigh of Meriden, Iowa; four grandchildren Weston Kintigh and his fiancé Kassie, Kylie Kintigh, Shayna Kintigh, and Luke Kintigh; three great-grandchildren Alexis, Athena, Harper, and a fourth due in April, Endi Laine; brother-in-law Stanley (Lorna) Kintigh of Minnetonka, Minnesota.
