PASCAL H. FRYE JR ., 87, of Cherokee, Iowa , passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021 in the Good Samaritan Society at Holstein, Iowa.

Memorial services will be on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Boothby Funeral Home in Cherokee, Iowa.   Mr. Brent Lawrey will officiate.  Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Saturday, September 4th at the Boothby Funeral Home in Cherokee, Iowa.  Online condolences may be left at www.boothbyfuneral.com

Pascal was born on December 14, 1933 to Pascal Frye Sr. and Beatrice (Munson) Frye at Willmar, Minnesota.  He attended school until 8 ^th grade, before going to work on the family farm.

He married Alice Swenson on September 19, 1953 at Spicer, Minnesota.  He farmed in Minnesota until 1975 and then he became a salesman for various fertilizer companies.  He also worked for Gross Implement in Marcus, Iowa, retiring in 1995.

He was one of Jehovah's Witness.  Pascal enjoyed going to sales and second hand stores, gardening, and watching older television shows.

Pascal was preceded in death by his parents, son, Craig Frye in 2010, and a sister Marcia Ritz.

Left to remember Pascal is his wife, Alice of Cherokee, Iowa; sons Brian (Mary) Frye of Cushing, Iowa and Tim (Fe) Frye of Cherokee, Iowa; seven grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.
