Robert "Bob" Weins of Mission, Texas, passed away on March 3, 2022, following a brief illness.

Graveside memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 13, 2022, at Cedar Township Cemetery at Larrabee, Iowa.  Pastor David Morris will officiate.  A lunch and time of fellowship will follow the service at the Larrabee Community Center.

Bob was born on June 20, 1943 in Calumet, Iowa.  He graduated from Calumet High in 1961.  Bob is survived by his loving wife, Tess.

He is also survived by his two daughters, Rhonda (Fred) Sinkevich) Weins and Roxanne (Ryan Kleinsmith) Weins and his granddaughter Hailey; close nephew, Rick (Pam) Westphal; stepdaughter Jackie; stepsons, Brad, Derren, Brian, Joe, and Jerry; sisters, Ruth Hanson, Dorthy Westphal, Joan (Ken) Anderson, Alice Daniels, Patty Anderson, and Rose (Jim) Osterquist; sister-in-law, Jane Weins; also several nieces and nephews.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Nick and Lillian Weins; brother Jim Weins; sister Judy Wagner; brothers-in-law, Palmer Hanson, Charles Westphal, Roger Mischke, and Dennis Anderson.
