SUSAN M. CHEEVERS, 65 , of Cherokee, Iowa, formerly of Milford, Iowa, Florence, Oregon, and Sioux Rapids, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2022, at Cherokee Specialty Care in Cherokee, Iowa.

Sue was born on November 29, 1957 to Gilbert and Theresa (Wuebben) Feldhacker at Spirit Lake, Iowa.  She attended St. Joseph's School in Milford, Iowa and graduated from Milford High School in 1975.

She was united in marriage to Rocky Cheevers at St. Joseph's Church in Milford, Iowa on September 21, 1985.  Sue worked as a certified nursing assistant off and on and took care of their three children.

Sue attended the Calvary Chapel of Cherokee with her special friend, Betty Luce of Cherokee, Iowa.

Sue enjoyed creating flower gardens and spending time with her family at Lake Okoboji.  She greatly enjoyed cooking and baking for her family

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Rocky Cheevers, sister Sandra Grobe, and brothers-in-law, Fred Grobe and Terry Teege.

Susan is survived by her three children, Tyson (Kala) Cheevers of Spencer, Iowa, Shandra (Joe) Dahl of Algona, Iowa, and Larissa Cheevers of Ladysmith, Wisconsin; five grandchildren, Koda and Kelsie Cheevers, Rocky and Milania Gomez and Shevy Dahl; sisters Linda (John) Cesnik of Menomonie, Wisconsin and Rose Teege of Milford, Iowa.
